Our Partner is seeking an experienced and skilled Electronic Design Leader who will be responsible for leading the team of HW Design Engineers and creation of project HW documentation according to AL rules and standards. Additionally, ensuring that they meet agreed guidelines and process workflow, in accordance with the assigned tasks, work packages, and roles. They will deal with development, design, simulation and testing of electronic schematics in automotive rear lamp. They will have a crucial role in interfacing with SW designers in order to achieve architecture implementation. Electronic Design Leader

You will be responsible for:

- Leading the team for developing of customer project;
- Preparation and participation of customer and internal technical meetings
- Preparing project plan and manage changes;
- Preparation of the required documentation;
- Following the customer requests and implementing agreed requirements;
- Participation into design reviews;
- Leading Architectural Design and FuSa related activities;
- Able to travel within Europe/UK for technical meetings

We require:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field,
- Very good English command,
- 4-years’ experience in in the field of HW development, simulation, testing and team leading,
- Proven experience in automotive projects,
- Electrical CAD: Cadence suite (OrCAD CIS) and simulation tools (Spice),
- EMC Knowledge,
- Electronic Control of LED,
- Knowledge of manufacturing of PCB / LED / PCBA,
- IBM Doors,
- ISO 26262,
- Automotive SPICE,
- CAN/LIN Tools.
