ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound) in Dutch
- Support customers with travel difficulties.
- Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data
- Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services
- Dealing with cancellations and refunds

WYMAGANIA:

- Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills)
- Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues

OFERUJEMY:

- Competitive salary: 10,000 PLN gross/month + benefits on employment contract (MyBenefit/Multisport, LuxMed, group insurance).
